Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst Lead to drive process discovery, analysis, and target-state design across multiple Agile workstreams. You will mentor junior analysts, facilitate executive workshops, and ensure consistent BPI methodologies are applied.

This role requires leading current-state and future-state models, stakeholder alignment, and collaboration with enterprise modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in business process analysis and transformation.
• 5+ years leading teams or large-scale engagements.
• Experience leading current-state and future-state process models.
• Experience facilitating executive interviews and cross-functional sessions.
• Proficiency with BPMN, swim-lane diagrams, journey mapping, UML, IDEF, or similar methodologies.
• Experience in Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process discovery interviews and workshops.
• Oversee detailed As-Is process maps, workflows, and dependency analyses.
• Validate documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify redundancies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Synthesize findings across workstreams for enterprise patterns.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and lead executive briefings.
• Facilitate To-Be design sessions and define transition strategies.
• Support architecture, data modernization, and operating model initiatives.
