Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience guiding business processes and delivering improvements.
• Familiarity with government or enterprise IT environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Gather and input information from diverse stakeholders.
• Create and maintain records, dashboards, and reports.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans for process improvements.
• Assist in Jira backlog management and collaboration with product owners.
• Produce user guides and training materials for new tools and workflows.
• Organize meetings, capture notes, and track follow-ups.
