General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to support state and local IT transitions and O&M for Cyber Security Operations.

You will collect information, maintain records, and generate reports while guiding process improvements and training initiatives. You will oversee Jira backlogs, craft user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment and measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Experience collecting information from diverse audiences and creating requirements and user stories.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall project management.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from diverse audiences and maintain records in relevant systems.
• Generate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for client needs.
• Monitor business metrics and provide actionable data insights.
• Deliver training and create onboarding materials for systems and tools.
• Oversee Jira backlogs and prioritize development efforts with product owners.
• Compose user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and retrospectives for process improvement.
• Develop user guides and procedural documentation.
• Organize meetings, draft agendas, capture notes, and track follow-ups.
