Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Business Process Engineer to analyze, document, and improve business processes across operational teams in a fast-paced environment. You will lead process mapping initiatives, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and help establish documentation standards and best practices.

The role requires 5+ years in process mapping/engineering, with experience in insurance or financial services, and strong BPMN and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business process mapping, process engineering, or related experience.
• Insurance or financial services industry experience required.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and documenting complex operational processes.
• Strong expertise in BPMN, workflow mapping, swimlane diagrams, and process documentation.
• Experience translating procedures, job aids, and business requirements into process flows.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand and document cross-functional business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Document and map current-state and future-state business processes.
• Create process flows, BPMN diagrams, swimlane maps, and workflow documentation.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Standardize process documentation methods, templates, and best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
• Support knowledge transfer and continuous process improvement efforts.
