Job summary

RiverStone International seeks a Sr. Business Process Analyst to analyze and document end-to-end business processes across operations. You will partner with stakeholders to identify improvements, lead TOM assessment for new acquisitions, and drive continuous enhancement of BA frameworks and methodologies.

The role requires strong insurance domain knowledge, hands-on modeling with BPMN/Visio, and data-driven insights using Excel and Power BI. On-site work in Beverly, MA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sr. Process Analyst in insurance.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, systems, and processes.
• Proficiency with BPMN and Visio for process modeling.
• Proven data analysis and visualization skills using Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Assess, validate, and document the Target Operating Model (TOM) for acquisitions and change initiatives.
• Conduct impact analysis and align UAT with the TOM, supporting project teams.
• Monitor and continuously improve the TOM to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain standardized TOM templates to manage variances.
• Document end-to-end processes across RiverStone International’s operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Support end-to-end view of the Group operating model and value streams.
• Define and track KPIs to measure process outcomes.
• Maintain a central repository of process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of business analysis practices and tools.
• Provide coaching to junior team members and promote best practices.
