Competenze

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Proven ability to document requirements and create high-quality process maps.
Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform for automation.
Familiarity with Copilot and AI agents in business processes.
Strong communication with stakeholders and technical teams.

Mansioni

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct process discovery via interviews, workshops, and data reviews.
Create precise BPMN 2.0 process maps and CoE-compliant models.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Produce SIPOCs, RACIs, SOPs, and process hierarchies.
Collaborate with developers, QA, PMs, and stakeholders throughout the project.
