Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related discipline; OR, 7 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
• Experience: 8+ years in Business Analysis, Operations, Product Development, Project Management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, definition and design of complex platforms and projects.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer service, productivity and efficiency.
• Translate requirements into business and system specifications and use cases.
