Job summary

Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, seeks a Business Process Analyst to drive system projects across ERP, WMS, and TMS. You will partner with IT and business units to improve processes, deliver dashboards, and implement AI-enabled analytics. Expect multi-project ownership and a path toward Lean Leader Certification.

The role requires SAP ERP experience, lean manufacturing knowledge, and strong PM skills. On-site in Tulsa, OK or Schofield, WI with limited travel.

Qualifications

4–6 years of relevant work experience required.
SAP ERP experience required.
Systems, Engineering, or Manufacturing background with lean manufacturing concepts.
4 Year / bachelor's degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
Strong PM skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage an on-going list of system projects from concept to completion.
Identify bottlenecks; standardize and enhance processes to eliminate errors.
Collaborate with Corporate IT to define system requirements and lead change management.
Communicate programming needs to IT; support timely implementations.
Translate requirements into system specs; audit processes for compliance.
Develop dashboards and data pipelines across ERP, WMS, and TMS.
Identify, pilot, and embed AI/analytics tools into daily operations.
