Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is seeking an SAP Business Analyst to serve as the primary IT interface for manufacturing plants and supply chain stakeholders. You will develop functional requirements and process flows for SAP and integrated systems, translating priorities into IT roadmaps and demand.

You will support SAP ECC/S4HANA, MES, and related manufacturing processes, leading UAT, cutover and post-launch support. The role requires SAP manufacturing and supply chain experience, exposure to MES/shop-floor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or related field.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and MES shop-floor integrations.
• Prior involvement in end-to-end SAP projects and global delivery teams.

• Support SAP ECC/S/4HANA, MES, manufacturing, planning/MRP, procurement, quality, EHS, maintenance, and logistics processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, deployment readiness, cutover, and post-launch support.
• Requires SAP manufacturing/supply chain experience, exposure to MES/shop-floor integrations, and experience with end-to-end SAP projects and global delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
