Job summary

Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, seeks an experienced Software Support professional to troubleshoot, document, and train users on complex SAP-based systems. You will design and test solutions, document processes, and support ERP functionality across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with project leaders to create clear documentation, guidelines, and training materials, while contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing and software processes

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience with an associate's degree or 4-6 years with a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of programming concepts.
• Understand SAP functionality and ABAP.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and document solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal customers in troubleshooting system issues.
• Document business processes and create technical specifications.
• Create and maintain training content for software platforms.
• Develop installation/troubleshooting guides and test solutions.
