Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Workforce Benefits Division in Omaha, NE, Charlotte NC or Chattanooga, TN. The role is hybrid or remote if living in the Chattanooga area.

As an Senior Business Process Analyst, you’ll partner with business and technology leaders to translate problems into actionable requirements, enabling product owners and managers to drive a digital-first vision.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce benefits is required.
• 5+ years in support and analysis roles.
• Experience building Agile Product Management in large orgs.
• Ability to support third-party implementations and testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management and digital solutions.
• Strong understanding of business operations and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and tech stack to solve problems in simple, innovative ways.
• Develop and implement processes to scale toward a $1B business.
• Advocate for business needs and understand tech/decision rationales.
• Stay current on digital technologies and recommend implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems and processes.
• Develop and implement testing plans for new processes and tools.
• Monitor and measure success of digital transformations and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet needs.
• Plan with Architects to understand enabler-related work.
