• Lead end-to-end workflow analysis for initiatives, identifying human judgment points and automation opportunities.
• Facilitate sessions with leadership, HR partners, recruiters, and SMEs to map current and future-state workflows.
• Produce actionable workflow blueprints detailing sequence, decision rights, and automation touchpoints.
• Bridge business process intent with technology configuration.
• Design for AI agents and automation within redesigned workflows.
• Collaborate with platform, IT, and vendors to ensure realizability within Oracle HCM.
