Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Principal Business Process Analyst in Atlanta, GA. You will own end-to-end workflow redesign across Talent & Workforce Transformation, identifying where human judgment remains and where automation can improve processes.

You will lead sessions with leaders and HR partners, translate designs for technology teams, and specify how AI agents fit into the new workflows. A strong background in HR process design and Oracle HCM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Organizational Design, Industrial Engineering, Business Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in process design, workflow redesign, management consulting, or closely related discipline.
• Direct experience redesigning HR or talent processes at a strategic and operational level.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflow design and enterprise systems; familiarity with Oracle HCM or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workflow analysis for initiatives; decompose talent processes to identify human judgment vs automation opportunities.
• Facilitate working sessions with business leaders, HR partners, recruiters, and SMEs to map current and future state workflows.
• Produce actionable workflow blueprints detailing new sequence, decision rights, and automation touchpoints.
• Translate workflow blueprints into specifications for Platform & Product Lead, IT, and vendors; ensure design is repeatable across programs.
• Identify AI agents or automation points within redesigned workflows and define data needs and escalation paths.
