Job summary

TriNet is seeking a highly experienced Staff Business Systems Analyst for the Atlanta, GA area. The role focuses on leading Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, bridging business stakeholders with technical teams, and ensuring end-to-end delivery across multiple modules.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of Oracle Fusion experience, strong analysis and communication skills, and a track record of delivering multiple full lifecycle projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant experience.
• Completed at least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
• Deep functional understanding of 2–3 HCM pillars (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, etc.).
• Strong requirements elicitation, flowcharting, documentation, and test-case creation.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree as listed above.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, document as-is/to-be.
• Translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion designs.
• Design and execute functional test plans and coordinate UAT.
• Provide production support and liaison with Oracle Support.
