Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Operations/Finance Analytics professional to oversee comprehensive account administration and contract governance within a global business unit. You will drive detailed reporting, margin tracking, and contract workflows to maximize performance and compliance.

Responsibilities include managing contract preparation, preparing meeting materials, and delivering data-driven insights for decision-making, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Finance or Analytics, preferably international environment.
• Strong background in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior management.
• English level B2+ (written and verbal).
• AI proficiency and practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support for the account by organizing required meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and driving meeting agendas.
• Manage contract preparation and review workflows, submitting contracts to legal, finance, and delivery teams, and controlling status to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain compliance standards within business unit accounts.
• Model and analyze PnL components related to contract pricing and rate calculations.
• Support governance reviews by preparing materials, reviewing service levels, SLAs, KPIs, and assessing risk exposure.
• Design, set up, and manage reports required by Client partners and Delivery managers for informed decision-making, ensuring data quality and relevance.
• Monitor account margin forecasts, analyze factors affecting margin, and understand all margin impacts.
• Perform ad-hoc operational tasks from Client partners, Project, Delivery managers and clients.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and with third-party vendors as needed.
