Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Finance or Analytics
• Background in financial modeling and data analysis
• Proficiency in managing commercial models including staff augmentation, fixed price and managed capacity frameworks
• Skills in contract preparation, review workflows, and administration support
• Expertise in advanced data analysis and reporting to support strategic account management decisions
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach, high attention to detail, and stress resilience
• Advanced Excel skills
• AI proficiency and practical experience
• English level B2+ (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the account by organizing required meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and driving meeting agendas
• Manage contract preparation and review workflows, submit contracts to legal, finance, and delivery teams, and control status to meet deadlines
• Develop and maintain compliance standards within business unit accounts
• Model and analyze PnL components related to contract pricing and rate calculations
• Support governance reviews by preparing materials, reviewing service levels, SLAs, KPIs, and assessing risk exposure
• Design, set up, and manage reports required by Client partners and Delivery managers for informed decision-making, ensuring data quality and relevance
• Monitor account margin forecasts, analyze factors affecting margin, and understand all margin impacts
• Perform ad-hoc operational tasks from Client partners, Project and Delivery managers and clients
• Collaborate effectively within a team and with third-party vendors as needed
