Headway is seeking a Business Operations Manager in the United States to lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives across product, data, and operations. You will design scalable processes, mentor team members, and drive durable, measurable impact while aligning with company OKRs and growth objectives.

You will partner with Product, Data, and Operations leaders to translate insights into actionable plans, manage a growing team, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies, with some background in consulting, finance, or business operations.
• Data is your first language; you enjoy digging through complex data to solve ambiguity.
• You thrive in the unknown, drive outcomes, and shape strategy.
• You are operationally excellent, capable of managing many moving pieces.

Responsibilities

• Design and build foundations for a variety of 0-1 initiatives within the Business Operations function.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build, execute, monitor, and implement scalable products and processes.
• Assess and analyze data to develop strategies, identify improvements, and drive roadmap priorities and OKRs.
• Build and manage a growing team to achieve these objectives.
