Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Business Development, or strategic partnerships.
• Deep exposure to payer business models and economics.
• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving outcomes in complex, rapidly changing environments.
• Data-driven with ability to run analyses and translate findings into actions.
• Operational excellence to manage multiple high-impact accounts and moving parts.
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback and high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term management of health plan partnerships with major US health plans.
• Navigate contract strategy and renegotiations to optimize partnership structure.
• Build and grow relationships with health plan teams across multiple functions.
• Lead market analysis and healthcare research to shape strategy.
• Use data to generate insights and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product and operations strategy.
