Qualifications

• 5+ years in a support organization such as Business Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, Strategy, Project Management or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings.
• 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and leading high-level projects for Executives or Senior leadership.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to program leadership within Business Operations, providing insight, guidance, and recommendations to support program objectives.
• Lead cross-functional coordination of business operations activities to ensure alignment across priorities, plans, commitments, and execution on the 737 Program.
• Analyze business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Support development, integration, and execution of program strategies, operating plans, and key business rhythms.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking actions, resolving issues, and escalating risks or decisions as needed.
• Partner with functional and program teams to improve business processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communication, reporting, and presentations to support leadership awareness and decision-making.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance business operations, enable program success, and support long-term strategic goals.
