Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Learning Program Management Specialist to drive enterprise-wide training and compliance initiatives across multiple production systems. Based in Seattle, Everett, Renton, or other listed locations, you will manage schedules, risk, and reporting while coordinating with senior leaders and diverse functions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in program management, 3+ years in ISD methodologies, and experience with EVM, plus strong communication skills for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience across scheduling, logistics, budget oversight, vendor management and operations.
• 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations or manufacturing support.
• 3+ years using curriculum management and ISD methods and tools.
• 3+ years of leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience producing executive-level presentations.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide production training and compliance initiatives.
• Develop schedules, reports, metrics, and change activity; communicate updates and maintain plans.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time scope delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication for unified training approaches.
• Create and maintain integrated project schedules with milestones.
• Develop KPIs, analyze risks, and provide updates and recommendations.
• Document process compliance and identify improvements.
• Prepare executive-level reports on training program effectiveness.
