• 3+ years end-to-end business experience across finance, project governance, operations and technology.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality presentations and management information for senior management
• Serve as Primary Point of Contact for Business Controls including: Vendor Management
• SPI Oversight & Controls, Issues Management, Audits/Exams
• Complaints review
• Policy/Standard Reviews
• Research and analysis on escalated items with detailed response and SME input
• Coordinate communication projects such as town halls and employee engagement
• Coordinate ad hoc cross-functional working groups
• Develop relationships with lines of business and key support partners
• Proactively contribute to improve operational efficiency and internal processes
• Ad hoc and special projects
