Responsibilities

• Oversee business office staff and delegate tasks.
• Meet deadlines for payroll related timecards and time-off requests.
• Ensure systems and controls and adheres to policy manuals; meet monthly deadlines.
• Manage all Revenue Cycle Management processes including census, billing, adjustments, collections, write-offs, deposits.
• Handle Resident Trust Fund procedures with compliance to regulations and confidential files.
• Conduct 72-hour financial discussions with new admissions to explain obligations and paperwork.
