Job summary

Nexushm is seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the facility's financial and administrative operations, ensuring accurate billing, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service. You will manage resident accounts, Medicare/Medicaid billing, and private-pay collections while supporting admissions paperwork and trust accounts.

This role partners with the corporate office to ensure billing accuracy and timeliness, and requires strong time management and organizational skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• SNF BOM or Assistant BOM experience required.
• Working knowledge of PCC, census, Medicaid and Medicare.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial files on all residents and ensure documentation is completed.
• Complete daily deposits, process credit card payments and submit to corporate biller for posting.
• Serve as liaison between the corporate office and family members for billing questions.
• Complete all therapy verifications by rerunning eligibility to ensure accurate information.
