Qualifications

• Must have 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Long Term Care facility's business office.
• Prior supervisory experience and management training are required.
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, and monitor all business office support staff.
• Complete and coordinate tasks for timely and accurate billing.
• Conduct meetings regarding Medicaid pending and collections.

Skills

3 - 5 years’ experience in business office of a Long Term Care facility

Thorough understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance

Microsoft Office proficiency

Supervisory experience
