Nexus Health in Belleville, IL seeks a Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee financial and administrative operations within a SNF setting. You will manage resident billing, deposits, andpayments while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has SNF BOM experience, strong PCC skills, and proven time-management and organizational abilities to coordinate between residents, families, and the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required or preferred.
• SNF BOM or Assistant BOM experience is required.
• Working knowledge of PCC, census, Medicaid and Medicare.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial and administrative operations for accurate billing and compliance.
• Complete daily deposits and process payments for posting.
• Liaise between corporate office and families for billing questions.
• Verify eligibility to ensure accurate information.
