Job summary

You will collaborate across Operations, Technology, Sales, and Service to deliver best-in-class service, attend industry events, and develop reporting on profitability and expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of investment services or relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of the securities industry and regulatory requirements for fund accounting.
• Strong multi-tasking and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Support the Fund Administration product offering with 5+ years' experience.
• Execute product strategy and roadmap including new offerings and tech development.
• Maintain industry presence by attending conferences, reviewing whitepapers, and panels.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class service.
• Collaborate across Operations, Technology, Sales, and Service teams.
• Monitor and track new business opportunities.
• Review client change requests and align to priorities.
• Develop reporting to assess profitability and oversee expenses.
• Maintain oversight of vendor relationships, including risk assessments.
• Serve as escalation point for product-related requests.
• Ensure activities reflected in risk and controls forums.
