Jobot in Monterey, CA is seeking a Senior Business Litigation Attorney / Associate Attorney to lead business disputes and contract matters.

You will work onsite five days weekly in the Monterey/Carmel area, require CA licensure and 3+ years of related experience; salary ranges from $160,000 to $270,000 with potential bonuses for billable hours and origination bonuses, plus 401k and health/dental/vision benefits.

As a Senior Corporate Attorney / Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

• JD from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in CA
• 3+ years of professional experience with any of the following: business transactions, contractual disputes, employment law (management side), land use, zoning disputes, and insurance coverage matters
• Willingness to work onsite in the Monterey / Carmel area 5 days per week
