Responsibilities include preparing H-1B/L-1/TN/PERM filings, drafting RFE responses, and coordinating documentation in INSZoom or similar systems, while delivering exceptional client service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of business immigration experience required.
• Experience in NIV matters or PERM applications is required.
• Experience preparing employment-based petitions and RFE responses.
• Proficiency with INSZoom or comparable case management systems.

• Prepare and manage employment-based immigration petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM).
• Draft and prepare RFE responses and PERM audit documentation.
• Coordinate documentation and filings from initiation to completion.

• Maintain organized electronic case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely submissions.
