ExecuSource, Inc. in Denver (Hybrid) is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to support its Business Immigration practice. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a fast-paced business immigration environment with expertise in NIV matters or PERM applications.

You will prepare and manage employment-based immigration petitions, respond to RFEs, coordinate PERM audits, and ensure timely submissions while maintaining exceptional client service for attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business immigration experience required.
• Experience in NIV matters or PERM applications is required.
• Experience preparing employment-based immigration petitions and applications (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM).
• Experience preparing RFE responses and/or PERM audit responses is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of business immigration processes and filing requirements.
• Proficiency with INSZoom or an equivalent document management system.
• Excellent case management, prioritization, organizational, and client service skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage employment-based immigration petitions and applications (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM).
• Prepare supporting documentation for complex business immigration cases.
• Draft and prepare comprehensive RFEs responses.
• Coordinate PERM audit responses and supporting documentation.
• Manage assigned cases from initiation through completion with deadlines.
• Communicate case status, documentation requirements, and next steps to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys to gather information and ensure timely submissions.
• Review immigration documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized electronic case files in INSZoom or equivalent.
• Handle high-volume caseload with attention to detail and professionalism.
