Fisher Phillips, LLP in Denver is seeking an NIV Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys and deliver exceptional client service. You will prepare and file immigration documents, manage case files, and communicate with clients and agencies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in business immigration, experience with H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM, and proficiency with INSZoom or similar systems. Strong writing and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm.
• Experience in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications.
• Knowledge of preparing RFE responses and/or PERM audit responses.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system.
• Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills.
• Strong business writing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, specialized document preparation and extensive client contact.
• Collaborate with attorneys and the Immigration Department to support service delivery.
• Maintain organized case files and assist with workflow and deadlines.
