Overview

• Acts as a strategic advisor to senior-level clients, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of business immigration legal points, including potential shifts and developments in legal issues and precedents.
• Manages a portfolio of high-profile clients as a key account manager, overseeing quality and risk for new and existing business relationships.
• Leads projects and immigration cases from end to end, taking the lead on major client issues, allocating resources, and monitoring performance for quality and growth.
• Develops and implements strategic client relationship plans collaboratively across the firm, anticipates market and regulatory changes, and provides market intelligence as an internal and external technical expert.
• Drives continuous improvement processes for the team, focusing on enhancing quality, efficiency, and standardization.
• Engages in proactive business development, identifying opportunities, generating new business, and participating in pitch meetings, RFPs, and client presentations.
• Provides team-wide leadership, supervising Associates and other staff, and offering mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensures adherence to firm protocols for file maintenance, record keeping, system usage (including data quality in Connect), and firm standards for risk mitigation and compliance.
• Prior team management experience is strongly preferred.
