Overview

• The firm's practice is exclusively focused on immigration law.


• Key responsibilities include developing case strategies (encompassing research, drafting, reviewing, client counseling, and triaging initiations), identifying and resolving escalations, and assessing eligibility for non-immigrant and immigrant visa statuses for corporate foreign national employees.


• Regularly communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding procedural, case processing, and strategic issues, while also supporting clients in immigration program management and compliance.


• Collaborate with client global mobility personnel to prepare and submit petitions and applications to government agencies for foreign national employees.


• Draft letters and legal documents based on established precedents, and conduct research for client requests and projects.


• Supervise and mentor junior Associates and other staff, proactively sharing immigration knowledge and expertise.


• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread documents and draft fluent prose without the aid of AI engines.
