Job summary

Fragomen in San Diego is seeking an immigration attorney at associate level to oversee client assignments with minimal supervision. You will handle case preparation, filings, and strategy development for complex immigration matters.

You will also research technical issues, formulate solutions based on precedents, and guide junior staff while building strong client relationships through meetings and proactive communication.

• Directly or indirectly supervise junior Associates and other staff, providing mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
• Contribute to marketing and business development efforts, identify opportunities for process improvement, ensure compliance with firm standards and protocols.
• Prior team management experience is preferred.
