You will lead immigration strategies for complex matters, oversee process improvements, support business development, and supervise junior staff to ensure compliance and high-quality service.

Qualificações

• Manage client relationships, engaging with middle and senior management to provide counsel and act as a business advisor with sector-specific expertise.
• Formulate and execute immigration strategies for intricate matters, including independent case preparation, filing, and research into complex technical issues.
• Lead continuous process improvement, ensuring adherence to firm protocols for file maintenance, record keeping, and compliance.
• Contribute to business development by identifying revenue opportunities, supporting client proposals, and participating in marketing activities.
• Supervise, mentor, coach, and manage the performance of other Associates and staff.
• Prior team management experience is strongly preferred.
