Job summary

WR Immigration is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our global immigration practice. You will lead client communications, coordinate with legal support teams, and prepare and file business immigration petitions including NIV, L visas, and PERM.

Remote options are available with preference for Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. Salary ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid membership in an applicable Bar association.
• 5+ years of business immigration experience in NIV, L visas, and PERM.
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and communicating options to address clients’ business immigration needs.
• Maintaining timely and accurate communication with clients during and after the filing process.
• Supervising staff to ensure accurate preparation and filing of applications.
• Maintaining accuracy for high-volume, rapid turnover cases.
• Assisting clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process.
