Job summary

CIP, P.C. is seeking a Business Immigration Attorney to join a remote-first team handling high-volume NIV and IV matters across the United States. The role requires strategic client counseling, client relationship management, and supervision of paralegals within a fast-paced environment.

You will work on cases including PERM, I-140, AOS, H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visa matters, providing accurate legal research, memos, and briefs, while ensuring quality and timely delivery for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• JD degree and bar admission required.
• 1-3 years of related immigration experience required.
• 1+ year experience with PERM processing.
• Experience with H-1B, L-1, TN and E visa matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration cases including H-1B, I-140, I-485 and NIV/IV.
• Manage client relationships and guide Small Business clients through processes.
• Support Managing Attorney on Enterprise clients and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with other attorneys or departments on projects.
• Ensure quality and consistency of casework within the team.
• Evaluate cases and assist in developing strategies or solutions.
• Provide coverage for attorneys during vacations or leaves of absence.
• Supervise paralegals and other staff as needed.
• Stay updated on law and policy changes; perform legal research and memos.
