Job summary

CIP, P.C. is hiring a Business Immigration Attorney to join a remote-first team serving clients across the United States. This permanent, full-time role focuses on high-volume NIV/IV matters (PERM, I-140, AOS, H-1B, L-1, TN, E visa).

You will advise clients, supervise paralegals, and collaborate with other attorneys. The successful candidate will have a JD, bar admission, 1–3 years of related experience, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to the State Bar
• 1–3 years of related immigration law experience
• Experience with PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent client service and communication abilities
• Proficient with MS Office and legal research tools

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration cases including H-1B, I-140, I-485
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and liaise with client contacts
• Supervise paralegals and support staff on casework quality
• Mentor team members and collaborate with other attorneys
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs and memoranda
• Assist with high-volume NIV/IV immigration matters
• Support Enterprise and Small Business clients
• Maintain knowledge of law and policy changes
• Manage case management and reporting duties
