BCG Attorney Search in Oakland, CA, seeks an Experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Business Immigration Law to join the team. The role supports clients through complex nonimmigrant and permanent residence filings, with a flexible remote option and preference for Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of a Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of business immigration experience.
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant visa matters (H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, E-3, J-1).
• Strong knowledge of employment-based permanent residence (PERM, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, NIW, and adjustment of status).
• Experience handling RFEs, NOIDs, and other challenging case issues.
• Experience working with startups and smaller corporate clients.
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and communicate options to address clients' business immigration needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients during and after the application process.
• Supervise and collaborate with supporting staff to ensure correct application preparation and filing.
• Maintain accuracy for high volume, rapid turnover cases.
• Assist clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process.
• Perform other duties as required.
