Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking a dependable Business Development Specialist to identify new referral sources and grow imaging volume in our Houston markets. You will build strategic partnerships and engage physicians, attorneys, and business leaders to drive revenue.

You will monitor market trends, manage multiple priorities with precision, and use Excel and PowerPoint to present data-driven solutions to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or provider relations.
• Ability to engage physicians, attorneys, and business leaders effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data visualization, along with PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in healthcare or medical imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new referral sources including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, legal partners, and employer groups.
• Build and execute territory strategies to increase imaging volume and market presence.
• Develop tailored partnership solutions aligned with client needs.
• Strengthen relationships with key decision makers to drive long term growth.
• Monitor market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Track pipeline activity and performance metrics within CRM systems.
