Job summary

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is seeking an X-ray Technologist for our outpatient imaging clinic. You will perform diagnostic X-rays, operate and maintain imaging equipment, and verify image quality to support accurate diagnoses.

Ideal candidates bring ARRT certification and CPR, plus strong patient communication skills to create a welcoming, safe environment for all patients while collaborating with the care team to maintain efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnostic radiology or hospital setting preferred but not required.
• ARRT certified.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality diagnostic X-rays following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, addressing any technical issues as needed.
• Review images for diagnostic accuracy and quality.
• Accurately document patient information and imaging details in EHR.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflows and timely results.
• Build positive relationships with patients by creating a welcoming atmosphere.
