Zygo People is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager – Receivables Finance. This remote role originates and closes receivables facilities from $250k to $10M, selling directly to business owners and CFOs, with you owning the client relationship and reporting to the CEO.
You’ll earn uncapped commission (3–5% of gross margin), meaningful equity with a 4-year vest and 1-year cliff, and a seat at the table shaping commercial strategy and product as the first producer in the function.
Remote (NJ or Washington D.C. area)
$130,000+ base + uncapped commission + equity
Are you originating factoring or ABL deals at a big lender, hitting your number, but with zero say in how the business is built?
Do you want your production to earn you equity and a seat next to the CEO, rather than just a commission statement?
You’d be joining a receivables financing platform backed by committed warehouse capital. It gives small and mid-sized businesses fast, competitively priced, non-dilutive working capital against their receivables, and it wins on financial outcomes, not a technology story. Its customers are US government contractors, a market with reliable payers and few specialist lenders.
The pipeline is live, several deals are in diligence, and referral partners are already feeding deals in. What’s missing is a producer.
You’d be the first one, reporting directly to the CEO, bringing in new business and building the origination function as you go.
Day to day, you’ll originate and close receivables facilities of $250,000 to $10 million, selling directly to business owners and CFOs.
You’ll own the client relationship, work with credit and operations through structuring and funding, and build referral channels with accountants, consultants, SBA lenders and bank teams.
In your first 90 days, the aim is 25 named target accounts, 10 opportunities in active diligence and your first 5 facilities funded. As the business scales, you’ll help hire and mentor the originators who follow you.
If you want to build a book, a playbook and eventually a team, rather than just hit someone else’s number, this is worth a conversation.
