Job summary

Big Think Capital is expanding its national remote sales team and seeking experienced commercial finance producers. You will operate with warm inbound opportunities and strong lender support to close high-value deals from anywhere in the United States.

Expect a six-figure+ earnings potential with an uncapped commission structure, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401(k) as part of a growth-oriented culture with advancement opportunities into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of industry experience.
• Producers or team leaders with a proven track record in commercial finance, MCA, or alternative lending.
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently, from first conversation through closing.
• Aggressive, uncapped commission structure.
