Job summary

Teklysium Inc. seeks an experienced contract manufacturing sales professional to drive new business and OEM account growth in sheet metal fabrication and welding. This hands-on role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and closing new OEM opportunities to expand programs and locations.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, partner with engineering and operations, and shape pricing and proposals to maintain margins. Direct experience in sheet metal welding is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of contract manufacturing sales experience.
• Direct sheet metal fabrication and welding sales experience required.
• Machining experience is a strong plus.
• Proven success winning and growing OEM accounts.
• Strong outbound prospecting and business development skills.
• Good understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
