Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 12+ years in Aerospace and Defense.
Strong BD planning and execution experience with DoD and national security space customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end BD efforts for Mission Enabling Products (MEP).
Identify, shape, and qualify new opportunities; assess threats and mitigation strategies.
Contribute to investment strategy and long-range plans; support capture and PTW execution.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior government decision makers and DoD/national security customers.
Collaborate with Space Systems divisions and industry partners on opportunities and wins.
