Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction business development experience.
• Proven history of originating significant GC revenue.
• Established relationships with commercial construction decision-makers.
• CRM, pipeline-management, negotiation, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Personally originate and secure profitable commercial construction opportunities.
• Build executive-level relationships with owners, developers, operators, architects, consultants, and asset managers.
• Create opportunities before they reach the open-bid market.
• Lead pursuits from initial relationship through preconstruction, proposal, negotiation, and contract award.
• Maintain a substantial qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, operations, and executive leadership.
• Help build and eventually lead a scalable business-development team.
