Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities within the Agile Development Group for Missile Solutions Seekers Business Area.
• Chair gate conferences for executive leadership and manage capture gating processes.
• Develop capture plans, strategies for generating new customers domestically and internationally.
• Maintain relationships with customers and industry partners; manage CRM and cross-segment pursuits.
• Prepare and deliver briefs to customers and senior executives; develop multi-year business plans.
