SBA Communications is seeking a Principal Business Development, Edge Infra Solutions to lead the development and lifecycle of edge data center solutions. You will translate market needs into a compelling product roadmap and work cross-functionally to bring products to market.

The role requires defining product strategy, gathering customer insights, and driving go-to-market execution with engineering, sales, and marketing teams. This is a high-impact, strategic position at SBA Communications.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for our edge data center solutions.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities.
• Create and maintain a clear, compelling product roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Be the expert on our customers and the market; conduct interviews, gather feedback, and analyze trends.
• Write clear product requirements documents and use case stories; collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions.
• Research and interview potential vendors; explore new sales channels and partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and operations to ensure successful development and launch.
• Partner with marketing and sales to define positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life and monitor performance metrics.
