What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience selling Federal Government solutions
  • Experience selling into US Federal Civilian accounts.
  • Industry experience in data analytics preferred
  • Track record achieving $1.5MM-$5MM annual quotas
  • Experience delivering a complete solution for data-driven marketing or analytics (CXO level)
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and data; excellent written and verbal skills with attention to detail
  • Curiosity and a strong desire to learn how marketing activity impacts revenue
  • Experience working within or selling into the Federal channel ecosystem
  • Knowledge of identity and analytics solutions is highly beneficial

Impact You'll Make:

  • Create and execute territory, account, and sales plans to acquire new logos and expand existing client relationships
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering, customer success) to:
  • Ensure proper scoping and profitable pricing
  • Enhance revenue recognition and customer onboarding for new logos and services
  • Generate pipeline and demand
  • Identify market trends and product opportunities
  • Forecast sales and revenue accurately using salesforce.com
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and coordinate with legal, sales operations, and security teams to streamline processes

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $148,000 annually. The role is eligible for base pay plus commissions, typically 20%-50% of base salary, depending on performance. Actual compensation considers education, experience, skills, location, responsibilities, and market factors. Long-term incentives may also apply.
