Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience in centralized lending environments.
• Ability to underwrite exposures > $4MM.
• Leadership experience (3–4 years).

Responsibilities

• Underwrite Business Banking loans to assess credit worthiness.
• Maintain pipeline and support production.
• Collaborate with risk teams to meet goals.
• Mentor and train new hires as needed.
• Act as back-up for manager during meetings.
