Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years’ experience in business/commercial underwriting.
• Leadership/management experience is preferred.
• Ability to underwrite exposures > $4MM and make credits without signers.

• Underwrite business loans to determine credit worthiness and policy compliance.
• Maintain an individual pipeline of work and support production.
• Review financial and credit information to make sound decisions.
• Mentor new hires and support other underwriting job families as needed.
